All our orders will be dispatched in 1-4 working days.
From dispatch, it will take 2-7 working days depending on your state TamilNadu (2 days), Southern states (3 – 5 days), Northern states (4 – 7 days).
Shipping is a third party service in Gunoscouture. So, if there is any public holidays, natural calamities, strikes, your parcel may get delayed during these times.
If customers want the shipping in express delivery ( additional shipping charges applicable )
express Shipping includes first priority, same day dispatch . In rare cases and order placed after 12 pm will be dispatched next day only .
We don’t send tracking details. Your products will be received in the mentioned timeline.
If a particular size or colour is out of stock and if the order is placed, it will be manufactured and dispatched in 12 working days. And from the dispatch, it will take time to reach you as mentioned above. If it exceeds this time, amount will be refunded.
Shipping details & tracking details will be shared only after dispatch on a request.
our current courier partner is dtdc . For non serviceable places we ship through India post .
If the particular product ordered is not in stock it will be shipped to customers within 10 working days .( if it exceeds this timeline the amount will be refunded )
in case of wrong contact number / wrong or insufficient address the product will be returned to us ( RTO-return to the origin) so shipping charges for up and down will be charged for us by the courier partner . So reducing the up and down shipping charges the amount will be refunded to the customer or they can pay the shipping again to re-ship the order( and we will bear the return shipping charges )
express shipping rates- we usually dispatch thro dtdc . If the service is not available thro dtdc we ship thro India post . Also if the particular size colour ordered is not in stock and if it’s ordered in express we can’t dispatch it in the same day . In that case the order will be delayed ( shipping charges for express will be refunded)
dtdc or India post express shipping rates remains the same. It’s our standard shipping charges for express delivery thro dtdc or India post .If sent thro India post The charges will be inclusive of
-postal charge
-gst
-transactions fee
-Courier to dtdc up and down and return (our current courier partner is dtdc . So we connect through them . If there is no service available it will be taken to India post .
-India post up and down charges paid for the person to deliver ( bcz one parcel which is non serviceable is shipped separately)
-Express shipping service charge – priority before other courier and packing handled by a person separately.
-Courier cover charges /printing slip charges /packing charges
Express courier that is non serviceable through dtdc / serviceable through dtdc it’s all charged same in our website.

EXPRESS SHIPPING OPTION : we can ship thro dhl . Shipping will be expensive.but u will get it delivered quickly within 4-10 working days from dispatch.
NORMAL SHIPPING: we can ship thro India speed post . Shipping will be comparatively less than dhl . Shipping takes Atleast 10-15 days . Tracking will be provided.
